Araceli Rodríguez holds a Law Degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Master's Degree in Information and Communications Technology Law, taught by the Research and Innovation Center in Information and Communication Technologies (INFOTEC).

Her professional practice is focused in Intellectual Property with a strong emphasis in Trademarks and Copyrights, providing our firm with excellent legal advice and analysis in connection with the prosecution and defense of distinctive signs before the Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property (IMPI). She has been involved in all successful strategies handled by the Firm in compliance with Madrid Protocol.
