His practice focuses on patents, particularly on the development of technical opinions, writing and filing patent applications, utility models and industrial designs, substantive examination and licensing in the chemical, biotechnology, mechanical and electrical areas.

He is a graduate from the School of Chemical Engineering and Extractive Industries (ESIQIE) for its acronym in Spanish of the National Polytechnic Institute receiving the Degree of Industrial Chemical Engineer.

In his professional practice he has worked on major metallurgical enterprises in Mexico, in quality control and innovation of new products as well as the protection current ones.

He has participated in national and international conferences about biotechnology, genetic engineering and environmental engineering issues, among which are those given by Max-Planck Society and the Southampton University.
